Annie discusses the who the Vikings/Norse/Scandinavians were, why they came to Ireland and why the terms Viking, Norse and Scandinavian all have their issues describing the people who invaded, maybe conquered, maybe settled Ireland during the 8th to 10th centuries CE/AD.
